Birthday Parties FAQ
Not sure about something? Give us a call—we’ll gladly help you out.
All Off the Wall party packages include dedicated attraction time, a reserved table or you can upgrade to a private party room, pizza and drinks, a dedicated party host, full setup and cleanup, and official OTW Grip Socks for participating guests.
What is included in an Off The Wall birthday party package?
Yes! Registered birthday party groups are welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes as well as custom decorations. Our team handles table setup and cleanup so you can enjoy the party.
Can I bring my own birthday cake or room decorations?
Yes. All official birthday party packages include OTW Grip Socks for all participating child attendees. Additional pairs can be purchased at the counter if needed.
Are OTW Grip Socks included for party guests?
We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend time slots and peak hours. Booking early guarantees your preferred date, time, and private room.
How far in advance should I book a birthday party?
You can adjust your confirmed guest count up to 7 days prior to your event. Final billing will reflect your confirmed headcount or the package minimum, whichever is greater.
What happens if our guest headcount changes before the party?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and room. If you need to reschedule, you can transfer your deposit to a new date with at least 7 days' advance notice.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy for birthday parties?
No. Weekly deals, promotional passes, and walk-in discounts cannot be combined with group bookings, summer camp packages, or birthday party bookings.
Can weekly deals or coupons be applied to birthday party packages?
Party packages include 20% service charge on top of our posted price. If your Party Host provided exceptional service, cash or credit card additional tips are greatly appreciated!
